Also, I’d like to apologize for some previous misinformation.

MCM does have outlines for all the remaining chapters. Eli said he didn’t, and I didn’t look ahead in the notes because I don’t want to ruin the story, but Eli was lying didn’t realize he had two versions of the notes, one which included outlines for all chapters! In Eli’s own words:

Anyhow, back on target: I liked this chapter. I do wonder why Kaso trusts Kani so much, enough to tell her that the encoder chip is a red herring… Surely he knows by now what is going on, and is just waiting for Kani to say something? Particularly because he said “it’s not nice to use your best friend’s name” referring to the name Stacey, meaning he knows Kani is not Stacey! And since Tundra is supposed to be Stacey…. /musings.

On to serious matters aka the outline notes that do exist.

38. Last Chance
Kani released, told what she has to do. Makes her way
to the hangar, shellshocked. Wants to tell Kaso the truth, but
he talks about the rotten apple theory again, and she stays
quiet. Sleeps in the corner of the hangar until morning.

Everyone go complain to @Ebonwumon NOW! [And MCM is hinting that we won't be happy with the picks for Chapter 39, either, so I foresee more blaming ahead.]
